This site is operated by the Talking Sh*t From The Sauna team ('we', 'us'). Our business entity, Maganda Media LLC, is currently being formed.

The agreement

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. We'll update these terms when we need to, and the current version will always live here.

Permitted use

This site exists to share our videos, commentary, money briefings, sports picks, and links. You're welcome to read, watch, share links to our content, and join our free email list. Personal, non-commercial use only unless we say otherwise in writing.

Our content is ours

Our videos, brand, logos, show names, graphics, and written content belong to us. You may share links to our stuff and quote short passages with credit, but don't re-upload our videos as your own, don't use our branding on your products, and don't claim our content as yours.

Don't do this

No scraping the site in bulk, no hacking or trying to break it, no spamming our forms, no harassing other readers, and no impersonating us or our team. If you break this stuff, we can block your access.

Email list terms

When you join the Daily Money Briefing or grab the hooks pack, you're asking us to email you. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave the list any time — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your email address.
